Hosting a Workshop

High Impact Grants! Inc. would like to offer your organization the opportunity to host a professional grant writing workshop. You will be able to learn the principles of professional grant writing and generate revenues for your organization at the same time.

What is a hosted grant writing workshop?
Our hosted grant writing workshopsare partnerships with local agencies and organizations. As our workshop host, you offer a supportive environment in which to hold our workshops while also helping to keep the costs down for all of our workshop participants.

Hosted grant writing workshops can generate revenue for you.
As our workshop host, you generate income for yourself by inviting outside organizations to attend these workshops. These outside participants pay workshop tuition, typically in the range of $395 to $595 per attendee. Best of all, the revenues generated from these outside workshop tuitions go to you!

Are there other benefits?
Our grant writing workshops are always well received in the communities in which we hold them. So this generates favorable publicity for you and enhancesyour standing in the community. It’s a simple, free way to build positive relations for your organization in your community.

What are the costs?
High Impact Grants Inc. will stage a three-day grant writing workshop at a local venue of your choice for $5,000, plus travel and lodging expenses. These expenses typically run about $1,000 for air travel, hotel and meals. There is also a $500 materials fee to cover the cost of duplicating all workshop materials. By comparison, our competitors would typically charge about $15,000 to stage a similar three-day grant writing training workshop at your organization.

How would you advertise these workshops?
Your organization has credibility in your community, so it makes sense for you to participate in the advertising in some way. You simply send out email announcements to other local organizations to announce your upcoming grant writing workshop.
